Marc (1965) has a leading role in advising several KPMG Global clients. Marc joined Meijburg & Co in 1990 and was appointed Partner in 1999.

Marc advises clients on cross-border tax issues, e.g. in relation to establishment of new business operations, M&A deal structuring, funding & finance, inter-company pricing, supply chain solutions, business reorganizations, as well as post deal integrations. He has a strong focus on business strategy and change management related tax and transfer pricing opportunities and issues.

He has been leading several international tax controversy and Court proceedings on permanent establishments, APA’s, MAP’s and Arbitration. Clients served are primarily large Dutch, US, Irish and French based companies, both Publicly Traded as well as Family Owned. As to the Irish companies, these are four Plc’s.
