The denunciation of the Russia-Netherlands Double Tax Treaty

During this webinar tax specialists from KPMG Meijburg & Co and KPMG Moscow will inform you about recent developments with regard to the potential denunciation of the Russia-Netherlands double tax treaty.

On April 12, 2021 the law on denunciation of the double tax treaty between Russia and the Netherlands was approved by the Russian Government and sent to the State Duma. This means that the currently applicable double tax treaty between Russia and the Netherlands could be terminated as early as January 1, 2022.

In this webinar, we will elaborate on the current state of affairs. We will also discuss how the termination of the double tax treaty could impact your business, along with actions that could be taken to mitigate this impact. Both the Dutch and Russian tax aspects will be addressed in this bilateral webinar.
