Chris has more than fifteen years experience of advising on matters concerning the Valuation of Immovable Property Act (Wet waardering onroerende zaken “WOZ Act”). He has a broad range of clients in a variety of sectors including real estate investment, industrials, education and health care. Chris has extensive experienced in conducting objection and appeal proceedings, and in holding preliminary consultations with municipalities on property valuations for the purposes of the WOZ Act. He also gives advice on tax depreciation as it applies to base value issues.

He is a member of the Financial Services Tax Group and the Real Estate Group.
