Eduard is a member of the Transfer Pricing Controversy Team and Meijburg & Co’s  Innovation Box/Intellectual Property and Advance Tax Rulings/Advance Pricing Agreements Tax Knowledge Groups. He is also a member of the KPMG Global Transfer Pricing Dispute Resolution Group and is the EMEA contact for the Chemicals Industry Group and the Electronics Industry Group of KPMG GTPS.

Eduard has extensive experience in transfer pricing, supply chain restructuring (IP-planning) and advance pricing agreements (APAs) and has been advising on international transfer pricing matters for over 25 years. Eduard is a problem solver and maintains excellent relations with (the APA team of the Dutch Revenue.

Since 1999, the International Tax Review has each year included Eduard as one of the world's leading transfer pricing specialists. Eduard is a lecturer at Kluwer and the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD).
