Han has extensive experience in advising medium-sized and large businesses on corporate income tax and international tax law. Many of his clients are active in the chemical industry, and the energy, real estate, and retail sectors. He has extensive experience in assisting clients with international reorganizations, which can vary from legal restructuring up to more comprehensive restructuring in respect of business models and supply chains. Han not only advises multinationals, but also privately owned businesses.

He is a member of the Value Chain Management (VCM) tax knowledge group and the Privately Owned Business tax knowledge group.
