Wilbert has been active in international tax for more than 25 years, in particular in relation to medium-sized and large businesses and funds.

He advises on cross-border tax issues, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, IP and supply chain issues and is regularly involved with global tax matters. Wilbert also frequently speaks at national and international conferences on issues such as the fiscal unity, fiscal policy, anti-abuse measures and tax treaties, as well as general tax policies.

Wilbert has been Chairperson of the Managing Board of Meijburg & Co since October 1, 2014. He was previously KPMG’s Head of International Tax and chair of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors (Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs).
