Tax Reform for U.S. Inbound Investors:  Competing on a “Level” Playing Field
With U.S. tax reform a reality for nearly 3 months now, we are gaining more insight into the various new complex rules, such as BEAT and FDII, every day.

On April 10, 2018, KPMG Meijburg will be hosting a roundtable event for Dutch based multinationals. This two hour event will go beyond the basic outline of the new U.S. tax rules, and discuss in greater detail the specific strategies being implemented by Non-U.S. multinationals, for taking best advantage of the Tax Reform carrots while mitigating the impact of the Tax Reform sticks.

In particular, the presentation will include a discussion of the following topics:
Practical Implications of Managing the Base Erosion Anti-Abuse Tax (“BEAT”)
•Cost-Benefit Considerations for the New U.S. Investment Incentive
•Financing U.S. Operations in the Post-Reform Climate

Speakers at the event will be:
•Kimberly Majure, U.S. Inbound Lead and Washington National Tax principal,
•Fred Gander, head of U.S. tax practice in Europe based in London and
•Judd Schreiber, U.S. Inbound and M&A Tax Managing Director
The program is set out below:
