Jenny is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. Jenny holds degrees from the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto and the University of British Columbia in Vancouver.

Jenny is a US tax professional specializing in international tax matters with a focus on withholding tax, in particular with respect to Qualified Intermediaries (QI) and the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA). Her clients include major Dutch financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies and pension funds. In the past, Jenny also has been responsible for KPMG International’s Global Tax & Legal Budget and providing support to the International Tax & Legal Steering Group to drive global initiatives.

Jenny has extensive experience in both US and Dutch expatriate taxation. She advises a broad range of clients on cross-border employee tax and social security issues.

As an expatriate herself, having worked in several different countries, Jenny brings unique and personal insight into international tax issues.
