Charlotte van Oorschot
Senior Manager
Charlotte has over 15 years of experience in the field and specializes in legal and tax advice for family businesses and their shareholders. She provides advice on both national and international matters. Her advisory work includes day-to-day family business consulting as well as specific topics (both civil law and various tax laws) such as:
- Wealth structuring, both privately and within the company
- Estate Planning
- Business successions
- Divisions and mergers
- Marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements
- Wills
- Donations
- The settlement of estates
- Emigration and immigration
- Charitable organizations
Charlotte is at her strongest when she brings together various family and business interests in harmony. A practical approach is paramount in this process. Charlotte then translates this into the best legal and tax solutions. Many different legal and tax laws play a role in this. Charlotte feels like a fish in water when she aligns these different disciplines to create and implement the best advice.
As a lecturer for FBN Juristen, Charlotte teaches courses for (junior) civil-law notaries on family funds and writes ‘PEN articles’; these are in-depth e-learning modules on current civil-law and tax issues.
