Dirk Jan has been a committed member of the Meijburg team since 2013 and now has more than 12 years’ experience in the tax field. He specializes in international tax law, corporate income tax, corporate clients, Pillar 2 and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
Dirk Jan is mainly active in the M&A practice, where he advises companies in the food industry, transport sector and the oil and gas industry. His role entails helping clients through the entire M&A process, from the initial planning stages to the final completion of transactions.
One of his strengths is his ability to translate complex tax issues into understandable language and practical advice for his clients. Dirk Jan is especially proud of his work in assisting clients with M&A transactions, helping them from beginning to end. This makes him a valued advisor who is able to successfully navigate his clients through challenging tax landscapes.
