Jeroen Dijkman

Jeroen is transfer pricing partner and heads KPMG Meijburg & Co’s Transfer Pricing practice in the Netherlands.

Jeroen has 25 years of professional experience in transfer pricing, valuations and corporate income tax. Before joining Meijburg & Co in 2003, Jeroen worked for KPMG Corporate Finance and one of the largest German multinationals. His years working at these companies enabled him to gain valuable experience in the areas of transfer pricing, valuations and corporate income tax.

Jeroen provides strategic transfer pricing advice and has managed numerous transfer pricing audits. He also has experience with dispute resolution, financial audits, unilateral and bilateral APAs, transfer pricing studies including intangibles and supply chain restructuring, documentation and compliance projects, financial loans and debt capacity analyses, headquarter cost analysis and valuation analyses.

Jeroen gained his industry experience from focusing on industries with intangible-intensive assets such as media, entertainment, high-tech, the food industry, the pharmaceutical industry and business consultancy services.

In 2006 Jeroen was seconded to KPMG's Economic and Valuation Services Practice in Silicon Valley, California. He regularly lectures for the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors and university Master’s programs.

He has a Master’s degree in Tax and Economics from the Erasmus University, Rotterdam and is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors.
