Jeroen Kuppens

Jeroen is a seasoned tax specialist with more than 30 years’ international experience in his profession. For decades now he has specialized in international (re-)structuring, with a specific focus on companies wishing to re(structure) their business or operations (including scale ups), especially if this involves transferring functions and risks, or if new investments have to be made. Jeroen also develops strategies for setting up international tax structures for companies. In doing so, he helps clients mitigate their tax-related risks and comply with their national and international obligations.
One of Jeroen’s strengths is his multidisciplinary approach, which enables him to look at complex issues from different perspectives, resulting in innovative and effective solutions for his clients. Jeroen is most proud of developing a well-thought out tax and transfer pricing model that seamlessly aligns with the business operations of his clients.
Jeroen constantly shares his expertise by, for example, preparing six monthly updates for the IBFD PE and e-commerce, thus further underlining his expertise in this area.
