Loes Brilman

Loes joined Meijburg & Co in 2017 as a tax advisor after having previously worked for four years for another big4 firm. She advises Dutch and non-Dutch headquartered MNEs who are active in various areas of industry, including in the Energy and Oil & Gas sector.

Loes has experience with a variety of tax issues both in a domestic and cross-border context, with a focus on Dutch corporate income tax and Dutch dividend withholding tax. This particularly includes topics such as interest deduction, participation exemption, fiscal unity regime, innovation box and efficient (acquisition) structuring for tax purposes. Loes is a member of the Fiscal Unity, ATAD2 and Pillar 2 Meijburg tax knowledge groups.
