Martine has been working at Meijburg since 1997 and now has more than 27 years’ experience in international tax consultancy. Her clients are active in various sectors, including retail, the public sector and real estate (with a focus on German funds). She is responsible for advising on corporate income tax and for assisting internationally operating clients with their Dutch tax compliance. In 2001 she was seconded to KPMG Germany in Frankfurt am Main.
Martine regularly assists her clients during tax inspections and tax audits. As an all-round tax advisor she is, moreover, an experienced dialog partner for the Dutch tax authorities when concluding rulings and settlement agreements and has litigated numerous cases before the courts. Martine routinely speaks at international seminars and has various publications in international professional journals to her name.
In addition to serving on Meijburg’s Managing Board she is also a member of the German Desk, the Real Estate Market Group and is the initiator of the Meijburg Women in Control network.
