Martine has more than 25 years’ experience in the international advisory practice. Her clients operate in a range of industries, including retail, financial services, real estate and the public sector. Martine is responsible for the provision of corporate income tax advisory and Dutch tax compliance services to multinational enterprises. She regularly assists clients in tax audits, is an experienced dialogue partner in ruling processes and has litigated multiple cases.
In addition to her client work, Martine routinely speaks at international seminars and she has various publications in international professional journals to her name.
Martine has a degree in Tax Law from the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands and studied US and International Tax Law at New York University School of Law. Martine spent several months on secondment at KPMG Germany in Frankfurt am Main in 2001.
In addition to serving on the Managing Board of KPMG Meijburg, Martine is a member of the German Desk. She is also the initiator and a supporter of the Meijburg Women in Control network.
