Intercompany Financial Transactions in a post-BEPS world

Webcast, January 24, 2pm CET

In the past ten years, transfer pricing has become increasingly complex. Across the European region, BEPS 1.0 has driven significant changes to the way tax authorities approach transfer pricing investigations, stricter documentation and data reporting requirements and more disputes. The increased focus on transfer pricing compliance will likely only increase given the challenging fiscal positions many governments face, changes in workforce mobility and the looming specter of BEPS 2.0.

The first Future of Tax & Legal webcast led by the EMA Transfer Pricing Insights team will explore Intercompany Financial Transactions in a post-BEPS world. Featuring professionals from KPMG member firms in Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, the UK and the US, the webcast will explore recent developments, including interest rate rises, inflation, cash pooling, and how tax authorities and the courts are applying transfer pricing principles to financial transactions.
