How can the French desk assist you?
We have experience with assisting and accompanying our clients on several investments and business opportunities in the Netherlands. With our consistently good relationship with the Dutch tax authorities in combination with our expertise, we are happy to assist you on being in control in the area of tax and legal. Both in direct and indirect tax in the two countries, we see similarities in taxation, but also quite some differences. Even in the field of VAT with the EU VAT directive, we see interpretation differences locally where we can be of help. On the other end, with French counterparts, we have extensive practical knowledge to assist our (Dutch) clients in France and we are pleased to e.g. represent you with disputes with the French tax authorities.
