Fanny Pols - Beurskens

Fanny is partner in the People Services practice at Meijburg & Co, leading the people services team in Eindhoven.

Fanny has in-depth experience of leading global mobility engagements for multinational companies both located/coordinated from the Netherlands as well as referred into the Netherlands from foreign locations. During her 15 years with KPMG, she has managed and coordinated large assignment populations, delivering the full range of compliance services to a variety of clients operating in various sectors like energy, manufacturing, technology, retail and automotive.

Fanny specializes in global mobility taxation including expatriate policy application, application of international income tax treaties, personal income tax, wage tax, payroll, global equity compensation, international social security, cross border issues and working from anywhere. She acts as an innovative tax specialist within the People Services practice and has extensive experience with the provision of advice on complex tax/social security issues with respect to cross border​​ employment. On top of this she helps companies to meet global compliance requirements in the tax and social security field. Fanny acts as a sparring partner for tax and HR managers and the members of boards of directors during discussions on topics like reporting/compliance obligations, employer remuneration policies, achieving optimizations, changing markets and strengthened regulation as well as innovative IT solutions etc. She also assists with the realization of cost savings and efficiency by means of specially developed technology tools.
