René has been with Meijburg since 1998 and has nearly 45 years of experience in the field, making him a highly seasoned tax specialist. His expertise covers VAT, customs and excise duties, People Services (wage tax and the work-related costs scheme), Tax Compliance, Technology & Data Management, and Transfer Pricing (in relation to customs valuation).
In addition, René specialises in supporting tax audits and has a particular focus on statistical sampling in relation to VAT, wage tax, corporate income tax, insurance tax, customs, excise duties, and consumption taxes.
