Ruben Froger

Ruben is partner and Head of the People Services practice at KPMG Meijburg & Co.

Ruben has in-depth experience of leading global mobility engagements for multinational companies, both those located/coordinated from the Netherlands or referred to the Netherlands from abroad. During his 18 years with KPMG, he has managed and coordinated large assignment populations, providing a full range of compliance services to a variety of clients operating in various sectors and industries, including the financial sector and the chemical, energy, manufacturing, electronics and automotive industries.

Ruben has extensive experience with advising on complex tax/social security issues concerning cross-border​​ employment. He also helps companies to meet global compliance requirements in the field of tax, social security and immigration.

Ruben acts as a sparring partner for tax and HR managers and members of boards of directors on matters such as employer remuneration policies, achieving optimization by reducing employer costs, changing markets, regulatory tightening and innovative IT solutions. He also shows clients how to realize cost savings and efficiency by means of specially developed technology tools. Reuben advises on how decisions in the area of human resources and remuneration policy can influence the strategy of a company as a whole.
