Arnout began his career at Meijburg in 2000 and has since gained over 25 years of experience in the field. As a partner of the Merger & Acquisitions (M&A) team, Arnout has guided various (inter)national mergers and acquisitions for large (inter)national companies and private equity/infrastructure funds.

Arnout's strengths as a specialist include tax due diligence, tax structuring of (inter)national M&A and Private Equity projects, and international tax (re)structuring projects. Additionally, he is skilled in fund structuring and setting up management participation plans. His strategic insight further makes him a valued advisor to his clients.
