Jan Hein has been working at Meijburg Legal since 2018 and has nearly 20 years of experience in the field. Jan Hein specializes in Dutch (notarial) corporate law. He advises national and international corporations on (cross-border) mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, private equity and venture capital transactions, joint ventures, management buyouts and buy-ins, corporate governance, corporate structures, and corporate reorganizations. In addition, he has broad experience in advising corporations on demergers and (cross-border) conversions. Jan Hein is a member of the Royal Dutch Notarial Association (KNB) and the Association of Corporate Specialists (VON).
