Michelle Faber-Lee

Michelle is Senior Manager Immigration in KPMG’s Global Mobility practice in the Netherlands She joined KPMG in 2006 as an immigration specialist. She has since gained ample experience in advising (multinational) companies on Dutch immigration matters and EU procedures for their foreign staff, for example local new hires, intra-company transfers and external consultants (including their family members) to ensure full compliance with Dutch immigration law.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and has successfully completed several immigration-related legal courses during her time with Meijburg & Co Expatriate Services.

Since 2006, Michelle has served a wide variety of clients active in sectors ranging from ICT and finance to the petrochemical industry. She has advised and worked on various large projects. Michelle has also assisted a large number of companies with immigration compliance when setting up their business in the Netherlands.

In the summer of 2015, Michelle was seconded to our Toronto office in Canada where she worked closely with the Global Immigration Network leader and team in order to gain a better understanding of global immigration projects and processes and to exchange valuable experience and knowledge.

Michelle is actively involved in KPMG’s Global Immigration Network.
