Robbert Hoyng

Robbert has a long-standing background in Big-4 in both Consulting and Tax services. He joined KPMG Meijburg & Co in 2021. Robbert is a Partner in the Tax practice, specialized in Tax transformation, in particular on Tax Operating Model, Tax strategy and governance, transparency and risk management, and tax technology and data management.

Robbert is an experienced transformational leader. In his role as inhouse Tax Director, Robbert worked on enhancing the tax function through many projects, including Tax policy and strategy development, Tax risk management (Tax Control Framework), Tax technology and S4HANA implementation, lobbying, and relationship building with tax authorities globally.

His primary focus is on servicing multinational companies in transforming their tax function, especially on effectiveness, efficiency, and transparency. Robbert leads the Dutch Tax Management Consulting team and is a member of KPMG’s global Tax Transformation steering group.
