In the Netherlands, digital filing of the financial statements with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce is currently mandatory for micro, small and medium sized entities. 

The last step of the process of preparing the statutory financial statements is to file the financial statements with the Chamber of Commerce. To further optimise the digitalisation of this process, the Dutch authorities have developed the Standard Business Reporting (SBR) format (also known as XBRL format).

As companies usually do not have the required software available, our specialists can, with a quick turn-around, convert the financial statements into the required Standard Business Reporting format for filing with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce.
