Meijburg Legal advises Triodos Energy Transition Europe Fund
Meijburg Legal advises Triodos Impact Strategies N.V.’s Triodos Energy Transition Europe Fund (TETEF) in relation to a substantial mezzanine financing arrangement for GIGA Storage B.V. and its subsidiaries (GIGA Storage).
Meijburg Legal has assisted TETEF in relation to a secured financing arrangement for GIGA Storage. The funding provided by TETEF was partly used to refinance the existing financing provided by TETEF and is in addition to secured project financing arrangements at the level of GIGA Storage’s project entities. The funding will enable GIGA Storage and several of its project entities to further develop and operate its large-scale energy storage solutions in the field of renewable energy, resulting in a more resilient and sustainable future.
