Marc specializes in resolving tax disputes about permanent establishments, transfer pricing, supply chain issues, business restructuring (carve-outs and integrations) and financing instruments. He has been in the lead in resolving multiple tax disputes, either by reaching compromises and bringing objections and appeals to successful completion, or by securing APAs and MAPs for clients and by navigating them through the arbitration process.
